Very unhappy. I made a mistake on my order. Called early next morning. Response was nil on chat line and email didn’t offer any urgent assistance to rectify before the order was shipped. They said send it back but would cost additional $20 to return and for istrap to resend . Didn’t think it was worth the extra shipping or time and aggravation l feel it cld have been sorted out before shipping if there was interest to do so.
