I ordered bands as part of Black Friday promotion and given a code to enter at checkout. But the ordering page asked me to choose a payment method before checkout. The system then processed the payment in full without an opportunity to enter the code. Your response to my issue- “Bad luck”. Thanks heaps. Still waiting on my order.
