I accidentally placed two orders of the exact same item within a few minutes of each other and emailed straight away to cancel one of them so I wasn't charged and sent two items. The email wasn't seen until the items had been sent out and iStrap refused to refund the second item, as their policy is to offer credits only. The fact that they aren't willing to make exceptions to this policy when it was so clearly a mistake is ridiculous, I won't be shopping with them again.
