Product seems high quality. Website great.
Only problem: they required Aus Post to get a signature on delivery. This is unnecessary in this day and age when individual post customers can choose their delivery preferences, was inconvenient, and delayed receipt of the package. Please revise your policy of requiring a signature even when customers have told Aus Post they are happy with safe delivery.
