I ordered the wrong size strap although I still maintain that I clicked on the button for the correct size because it’s a brand new watch, but that aside the order is the order and I have to work with that. The item has arrived it doesn’t look like leather, feel like leather or smell like leather. It’s not supple like leather. I can’t get a straight answer to a direct question of “ is this band actually real leather, I’m told I can’t have a refund. Your 100% satisfaction guarantee is a sham. I’m not satisfied at all with my purchase and to make matters worse I can’t even get an address to send it back to you within the required 14 days so I can get a replacement.
Your customer service is totally flawed and barely exists.
I’ve paid more than $100 for a watch strap that is supposed to be leather and it looks and feels like plastic and I’m supposed to be satisfied with that????
I think the 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to istrap because you’re 100% satisfied that you’ve got my money and given me an inferior product
I wish I’d looked at the google reviews on your company before buying because your track record is abysmal.
Unfortunately for you I’ll be posting this review on as many forums as I can if I can’t get some satisfaction from you people
