I did not receive this item! Usual process is that the item is taken to the local post office if no one was home to sign for it; my notification said it was delivered BUT it was not at the local Post Office!!!
I did not sign for this delivery as per report from PO (photo attached).
I have been a regular iStrap customer and this is the first time this has happened:(
