Band quality is good, however, I’m disappointed with the after sale customer service.
I ordered 6 bands recently with BUNDLE & SAVE 20% discount. I want to exchange 2 bands as they did not meet colour expectations. Customer service told me that I can get credit for the discounted price and will have to pay full price for the exchange items. I believe this is not a fair trade practice. I have bought 6 bands and therefore discount should be applicable on the exchange items. Moreover, I’m paying shipping both ways. I have email exchange chain with customer service team, where they repeatedly admit to have understood my concern but fail to address it.
