Was happy with their service until I returned an order. Got my credit ok but when I went to reorder different straps during the black Friday sales, I was unable to take advantage of the 20% off if I used the credit. And it also wanted to charge me $5 postage even though I had spent over $50 to enable me to qualify for free postage. All because I was using my store credit. Nowhere on their website does it say you cannot use a credit during a sale period. My money was good enough to take and pay for 2 straps a week earlier when there was a sale on but it wasn't good enough to reuse on different products during the black Friday sale. Go figure!!
