Received the wrong size wrist band but I strap would not send me the correct size. I got a credit so waited until there was a comparable sale to buy the correct size. But credit had expired after a month. Argued my case got another month extension but when paying I could only use one promo code (ie credit) - not another promo code that an acquired for free shipping. Should have a no-cost replacement of size.
