The straps are ok - what you would expect at this price. Customer service is appalling though. Be very careful to check sizes etc. before you hit order. I ordered 2 colours of the same band, but when you choose the second colour, it resets the size. I didn’t expect or notice this and ordered one band in wrong size. I tried straight away to contact Istrap, but this was impossible, and when they finally replied to multiple emails, they said “too late” and I would have to pay for return post. Will never buy from them again.
