I placed the order with express shipping next day delivery, costed more in postage but still I haven’t received the item. I contacted their customer service and replied to me 5:1 ratio, have to send minimum 5 requests to get 1 reply which is not even relevant. Tracking says they posted yesterday hopefully will get it next week.
