Much of their website is deliberately misleading, in fact just a lie. Live chat available weekdays? NO only some very limited chatbot with no way to actually communicate directly with a person. 24hr emails? NO - have sent 2 emails in the past 2 days and no response, not even an auto responder. Fast shipping? NO- they use the worst provider in the country Star Track. Paid for over night express from Sydney to Brisbane, it’s been a week, my package has been to Gold Coast then Perth and then Brisbane and still no sign of it.
