IStrap have a TERRIBLE RETURNS POLICY BEWARE!!! Customer service is poor- the team are refusing to cover shipping costs for an exchange due to a sizing error on the website. For a company who values “100% satisfaction guarantee” I am extremely disappointed and not at all satisfied with the customer service provided to date. Save your money and purchase bands from a site with a more reliable returns/exchange policy.
