The board arrived yesterday and has been in almost constant use since and seems fine and is much envied. At the time of writing it is a nerve-wracking experience buying one as there doesn't seem to be many reviews for any of the main companies. I went with this company over one with a similar name even though this one was more expensive just because when I spoke to them they sounded less dodgy. The website lacked much information and had no reviews so I was going on gut feel from a phone call. I paid an extra £10 for 3-5 day delivery and it took 6 working days to arrive so that wasn't so great as I missed the birthday it was intended for but they were quick to apologise and promised a free carry bag (which has yet to materialise!) - I have not deducted any stars because I should have ordered sooner and they were a nice company to deal with. I got the impression the issues were due to a good natured shambolicness (if that is a word?) at their end and that they are probably inundated with orders.
