10 day deadline has passed and still no tracking info. Called today and was told that it was the delivery people that were behind schedule due to black friday. Today i took 2 deliveries from Amazon for me and three for neighbours, everyone is delivering except Isegwats couriers by the look of it. Really starting to regret my choice now which was only made because i wanted a 'genuine' product due to the media reporting 'copycat' products. Will be contacting credit card company if i don't have a tracking number in next few days. For now i would avoid , if i ever get my sons Xmas prezzie ;-(
