I received notification I would receive my Swegway on Thursday. It never arrived. I contacted the courier and they said I would have to contact the sender as they never received the parcel from them. I called iswegway on Thursday and they said someone would deal with my problem in 24 hours. Heard nothing! Called again Friday - they said someone would respond straight away. Again, heard nothing. Called again last night - still heard nothing and no one there could give me any further information as to the expected delivery or where my product is. Very worried now!
