I ordered an iswegway on Black Friday and was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days which would be in time for my Son's birthday. 10 days have passed and no swegway. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact iswegway to find out what has happened to my order, only to be told that my details would be passed to the customer services team who would phone me back. I have now waited for 6 days and still no-one has phoned me and still no swegway. Also a VERY DISAPPOINTED son who has no swegway for his birthday.
Would not recommend this company.
