Ordered mine on the 4th of December 2015, and has still not arrived by the 14th December. Having assured me it will arrive by last Saturday, they have now stopped taking 'support calls' entirely and a receptionist will offer to send a message on your behalf to their support team.
The receptionist then informed me that they were aiming for Christmas Eve / Day, for their delivery. Think carefully before placing your order.
