Lots of research before I bought online since the press are really making Swegways a hot topic. Spoke to the team on the phone and cleared all my concerns about the safety side of things including the big question if the plugs were safe. Ordered on the 3rd and took delivery on the 9th. Not bad for a free delivery service. Now the board is exactly what I ordered. Black Classic with UK BS1363 charger, manual and box. It's called a smart balance wheel, others calls it differently. I am guessing it's because it's so new to the market there's no actual fixed name just yet. After unboxing and charging it we have been using it all week with no problems. I highly reccomend these guys and will definitely be ordering again in summer for my sons birthday!
