The purchase process was very good,the boards were delivered on 26h Nov 2015,i contacted the company on the 11th Dec after returning from a holiday to inform them that i wanted to return the product as it was no longer needed,Nick emailed me and instructed the returns team to make a collection from UK Mail,3 dates were supplied to me and on each time the company did not turn up,UK Mail have informed me that ISwegway changed the address(not sure why as the delivery address is the same collection address) UKMail have stated that i cant changed the address only ISwegway can, since the 22nd Dec i have been calling and emailing with a reply,PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY SORT THIS OUT FOR ME Still emails and calls have not been addressed this has been going on since early Dec HOW IS THIS SERVICE
