I bought the Swegway for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas and I have to say she absolutely loves it (even I've had a go on it!! - it's a little bit addictive) The customer service from iSwegway has been excellent, I had a bit of a panic when it was all over the news about hoverboards being dangerous etc etc and emailed the team at iSwegway just to put my mind at rest that the board I had ordered complies to all UK safety standards. They emailed me back very quickly and linked me in to all their compliance information which really put me at ease. I couldn't have asked for better service or reassurance. I would definitely recommend iSwegway for both product and customer service.
