Good communication and the board was delivered as arranged. The product at first looked like a Chinese import, with poorly reworded instructions, but they all are, it did have the required fused plug on the charging lead and the board itself was very sturdy and heavy.
It has been great, works fine, charges fine and operates as it should.
I would recommend this retailer and product.
