Delivery was delayed and customer services were very stressed but as promised the Swegway arrived before Xmas. My son was delighted with it and it works very well. My concerns about quality of the product due to recent press releases concerning batteries, chargers and plugs were completely satisfied - this product is safe. It was worth paying a little bit more for peace of mind.
