Had a bad experience with another company and then I found iswegway. Fantastic customer service and especially Nick who was really helpful. Swegway arrived in time for Christmas and had one very happy boy. The board is great and i would definitely recommend this company. The charger is fine no problems there. It's the one thing I was worried about the most because of the stories in the news about the Chargers being unsafe but iswegway reassured me and said they had been checked by trading standards and even sent a safety statement. Unlike other companies who have been selling these boards and the chargers were dodgy iswegway from the start gave me peace of mind
