Not only is this a fantastic item, the service was 100% brilliant. I needed the item to be delivered in a plain box as it was a Christmas gift and Nick in Customer Services arranged all this for me. The item is very heavy, well made and has the proper UK 3 pin plug socket. Delivery was about 10 days and was excellent with notifications all the way, about despatch and delivery etc. My sons friends have purchase similar hover boards from other companies and all have experienced problems with the them and none have looked as good as mine from iSwegway.
