The actual Segway is fab my son well pleased but I'm still waiting for my FREE bag !!!!???? And the customer service is absolutely disgusting!!!???? I rang 10 times before Xmas each time to be promised a call back and still waiting!!!! ????And another phone call yesterday waited 15 minutes on hold ended up Putting phone down ???? When will I actually receive my return call and my FREE BAG???????
