Very happy with the service I received prior to delivery and the hoverboard is of very good quality and arrived in time for Christmas. However the charger has now broken after just over a week of use and I have yet to receive my free carry bag. I spoke to a member of staff on Monday 4th Jan who told me I would get a response that day. This never happened and now the only way to communicate with your company is by email (very annoying) as I tried to phone again today and could not get through to a member of staff. I have emailed you and am still waiting for a response. In the meantime my son cannot use his hoverboard and I am very frustrated by the lack of response from you. If this matter is resolved quickly and to my satisfaction, I will be happy to right a more favourable review but the after purchase customer service hasn't impressed me so far. I await your response to this problem.
