I have been contacting you concerning a faulty ISwegway, and your after sales service has ben extremely poor. I can appreciate that you have been very busy, but all I have is an e mail to contact you, and a mobile number that goes straight to voicemail EVERY time I ring it. This is not good customer relations. I cannot amend this review, but I can add that after Isegway contacted me concerning the fault, I had a replacement sent out within 24 hours. now THAT is first class service, and worthy of a brilliant review.
