Swegway was bought as a Christmas present for our 12 year old son. We received good communication once placing our order and the swegway arrived the day we were advised and several days before Christmas. Our son was thrilled with the present he learnt it very quickly! This swegway was supplied with a correctly fused plug and the battery still has not needed recharging. The board is not used daily now however was used daily over the Christmas school holidays eg just short of two weeks - my son gets longer holidays! All in all very pleased with purchase and so is our son! Thank you!
