My daughter saved for a swegway and I ordered one for her. We were impressed with prompt delivery but after only an hour the board started to vibrate badly. We followed the rebalancing instructions and my daughter tried it again and for a while it seemed ok but then started to vibrate so badly it threw her off and turned the board completely over. We finally convinced ISwegway that it should be collected and it was collected 6 days ago - I have heard nothing from them - not even a confirmation that they have received the defective product back despite 3 e mails. Looking at the other reviews here I just want my money back now!
