DONT BUY FROM I SWEGWAY! I bought a swegway from iSwegway at the gadget show in April, soon after the charger connection broke leaving the three charging pins dangerously exposed and unable to be used to charge the swegway. When I tried to get the charger repaired or replaced under guarantee, iSwegway’s response after some considerable delay was to buy another charger from their website. At the gadget show the iSwegway reps were full of promise and assurances about the customer support and guarantees all of this is nothing more that false promise to get you to part with your money and has left my children extremely disappointed. There are plenty of other alternatives to buy hoverboards from such as Bluefin. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. You have been warned!
