I got a faulty Swegway and returned it to the shop after 2 days.... over 45 days later and I still don't have it back with no one in the support desk can tell me if and when I will ever see it.
I probably lost my money, that my kid saved for a long time, but I honestly hope that this experience will not be yours as well!
Keep away from this brand!
