Just spent £300 on a new swegway...and it arrived faulty
The phone number on the invoice is no such number
The number on the website no one answers
After sending a couple of emails they asked us to send videos and pictures of the damage and the outside isn't even damaged it's the electrics that are faulty!
Appalling service
