My son purchased a blue swegway hoverboard balance board on 6 May 2016 from iSwegway, on 18 May I sent the company an email stating that there was a screw missing from the bottom of the balance board (either it had come like this or it had fallen out) and could they send me a screw to put in. I have now sent 5 emails, tried twice on the phone but with no-one answering to try and get this resolved. I had one email back 2 weeks ago saying they would check if a screw was available and let me know but yet again no reply.
Whilst the Segway is great the customer service has been shocking and I am very disappointed.
