Product arrived faulty. Customer services demanded photos and took 2 weeks to review them. they insisted I pay the postage to get it back to them which cost £25.00.
Royal mail delivered it next door and their customer services refused to collect it, telling me I had to claim it all back via Royal Mail.
Absolute arseholes.
I accept that things can go wrong, I order online a lot, so I do have to return things on occasion, the difference in the way a company handles a faulty item, means a returning customer or one writing a review like this to let others know they are shits.
