My husband and I are very happy with the swegway we have bought for our son from iswegway. We called before we purchased it as it was all new to us and they were exsremley helpful in advising which one to go for. When I placed the order it arrived the next day and since then my son has used it every day and we have had no problems at all. My eldest son now wants one for his birthday and I would not think of going anywhere else to purchase it. My son has since bought a bag and silicone accessories for his swegway all from iswegway as we no the quality and promptness of their service. I would definately recommend them.
