its is very good product and my daughter was vvvery happy. However the added stick-on bumpers did not adhere to the face plate. This has caused a lot of confusion by iSwegway who were informed of the problem on day three. iSwegway have had office communication problems ranging from:- not sending a replacement. iSwegway replied with a call to advise of a potential demand of payment to replace the part that was defective?! Also a call requesting a product recall?! we have since received a free replacement and would still use this company as with all the confusion they still strive to give a quality service.
