Swegway broke after 2 days had to pay £50 upfront for engineer to look for problem as only battery covered by warranty received back not working after 14 days as a plug/socket wasn't put in properly during repairs sent back again then waited over 3 weeks 14 phone calls later issues explained was told receive some compensation still waiting months later very poor customer service
