Ordered a hover board for my son as a Christmas present. When he unwrapped his gift it was faulty and wouldn't charge - he was gutted. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort the problem out, usually waiting ages for the phone to be picked up. After I sent the board back, I was told time after time a replacement would be sent out but it was just one lie after another and after nearly a month I told them not to bother and got a new board from another supplier and my son finally got his Christmas present. Took at least another month to get a refund though I never got the postage back on the returned item. Not that impressed to be honest.
