After much research online for a reputable company selling safe Swegways, I ordered one for my son's birthday. The product is of excellent quality and appears to adhere to all safety standards. The only reason I took 1 star off was due to the fact there was an issue with my order being delivered to Ireland. As I gave my work address as the shipping address, I received an email to say my order would be cancelled if I didn't submit a copy of my passport, credit card and utility bill. I wasn't happy to do so and phoned an agent who assured me that he had sorted it out over the phone and that the swegway was on the way. After 5 days and no swegway, I phoned again to be told that it wouldn't be sent until I scanned over copies of what the were looking for. I was also offered a refund at this time. Via email, I managed to get in touch with a very efficient agent, sent her my ID and she made sure it was dispatched as quickly as possible. The colour I had originally ordered was no longer available but I received another one very quickly - 2 days after the birthday but my son absolutely loved it and said it's the most fun present he has ever gotten!
