Fantastic swegway. Great customer service. The white one wasn't available which we'd ordered online so they upgraded free of charge via a phone call to a red one which my daughter was so pleased with. Arrived within a few days. Well packaged & a free bag. Swegway is so silent when being used & well made. Easy to charge.
