Wanting the assurance of a reliable product I was very impressed with iSwegway. The full information on the web site PLUS the added benefit of speaking to someone in customer service was great. This product is well built and has a touch of class about the design. The quality assurance of the Samsung name and other reviews made it a winner for me. Very pleased with this product.
