Wrong swegway kart sent, arranged collection, and eventually a new one was sent a week before Christmas, only to find you had sent the wrong one again. All emails went unanswered so decided to call customer services, in the three calls I made was on hold for a total of 7 hours, the last 3 hour call I made I explained the situation to the representative and he just hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting service, still awaiting a refund.
