We ordered 2 Swegways 10 days before Christmas with an express Christmas delivery option however when the goods had not arrived we contacted them to be told they didn't have the colours we ordered in stock so had not sent. There was no indication at the time of purchase that this was the case. 2 very disappointed children on Christmas Day who had nothing to open as it was a very expensive present! Better communication and honesty about what you have in stock required.
