I received individualized attention the moment I reached out to the Italian Lighting-centre. We discussed measurements, expectations, Italian glass, shipping and installation. I absolutely love my chandelier. It arrived very well protected (lots of glass pieces) and the assembly was very easy. My electrician had no challenges. It is a stunning piece.
