When we arrived at the Hotel Una in Milan we were thrilled that it was so central and the welcome we were given was very friendly. Unfortunately the two things that I had specifically asked for, namely twin beds and a bath in the bath room, were missing. They managed to rig up an extra single bed in our room which was fine, but we had to settle for no bath which is always a disappointment to me when I have ordered one. We had also been told that breakfast was not included and, in fact, it turned out that it was included - something that we did not want. However, our room was comfortable and well air conditioned and we had a very enjoyable stay in Milan.
