Other than a slight glitch with the instructions to the Florence hotel due to recent changes in the one way system (when we did arrive a stiff drink was required) the trip was well organised and took account of our own self booked week in the countryside in the middle as well as a fantastic Palio experience. We had 3 nights in Florence and I think in retrospect 4 would, have been better. Expensive but worth it.
