The service provided by the booking agency I found to be extremely helpful.
Hotel Firenze in Verona was one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a long time. The position was ideal.The staff were extremely helpful and the service excellent.
The Hotel Bonticello in Venice did not quite live up to the hotel in Verona.Although the bedroom room was of a good size the air conditioning was not adequate to keep the room cool. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired.
The travel arrangements all went smoothly.
