Most things went brilliantly and the itinerary was very well planned.
When things went slightly wrong then they were sorted out very quickly and efficiently.
The opera seats at Verona were superb and the church/museum passes a great way of getting to see all the sites of interest.
Parc du Salo Hotel is 1960's "high quality retro" if that makes sense! It's location is excellent on the edge of the lake and then just a short walk into the pretty town with so many bars, cafes and restaurants along the promenade again overlooking the lake.
