We had a wonderful short break in Verona, the hotel Firenze was in a very good location to walk to the places of interest and a stones throw from the arena, excellent bars and restaurants. Our seats at the opera we're exceptional and we enjoyed every minute. The only complaint was we were unaware we didn't have pre-booked seats on our flights. It would have been helpful, and cheaper, to have been told in advance. As I checked in 9 days before our flight the only available seats together were extra leg room. Hannah did a excellent job otherwise in what has been a difficult 2 years.
